When will my order ship?

Orders are normally shipped within three business days. Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirming that we have and are working on your order. You will then receive another email when we’ve shipped your order.

How much is shipping?

In order to provide our customers with the best and most accurate charges, standard delivery rates are based on weight and location and are calculated at checkout. The average shipping cost is $5.00. Orders over $50 ship for FREE! (excluding art)

We appreciate your business and do not charge handling fees. We consider processing your order to be a privilege, not a burden. We don't believe in charging you for giving us your business.

Where do you ship to?

We currently only ship domestic (U.S.), but we will be adding international locations. Contact us if you'd like us to add your country.

How accurate are the colors shown in your photos?

The colors shown in our product photos on the product detail pages are highly accurate. But please note that there are small variations in lot-batches of a few products due to which the colors will have slight variations.

What is your return policy?

We offer refunds/exchanges on merchandise returned within 14 days of receipt. If you wish to return an item for a refund or exchange, please send us an email (info@supamadestudio.com) so we can expect your package. The item must be in unwashed/unworn condition, otherwise we can not refund your purchase. We will notify you within 24 hours of receiving your returned item of your refund status. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees and original shipping fees are not refundable. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Any products from our "ONE AND DONE" collection.
  • Items described as "handmade" or "hand embellished" are not returnable
  • Prints or paintings.

My item arrived damaged/has not arrived. What should I do?

In the rare case that your items don't arrive or have been damaged in transit, let us know by sending us an email to info@supamadestudio.com
